Hot Sauce in my bag, SWAG - that's my motto when it comes to spices and sauces. Recently, I discovered the Jerk Centre Sauces and let me tell you, they are a game changer. After testing out all the different varieties, my absolute favourite has to be the PIMP my Salad. This sauce is a perfect blend of sweet, spicy, vibrant flavours with just the right amount of salt and lemon to really make my taste buds sing. I love drizzling it into my salads and veg. Plus, adding it to my hot meals for an extreme kick of flavour. But what I've really come to love is using the Jerk Sauces as a marinade. By letting the meat soak up all the delicious flavours, it creates a depth of taste that is simply irresistible. Needless to say, PIMP my Salad has become a staple in my shopping cart, a must-have item that I always make sure to have on hand. So if you're looking to take your meals to the next level, I highly recommend giving these Jerk Sauces a try. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

4 Bottle Set

Purchased the 4 bottle set. I've had a chance to tried them all now and I've come to realise, I can marinate my chicken in the Taste From The Ancestors MILD Sauce. It's still rather powerful and I couldn't care less, it is gorgeous. However the Duppy Conqueror Medium and Bad Man Extra Hot are both dipping sauces for me. They are far too hot to dowse my food in. Nevertheless all the hot sauce are amazing.

Now on to the Pimp my Salad Dressing, it is my favourite! Why? Because I have it with practically every meal I have. I'm hooked on it and as I'm down to the last of it, I'll definitely be getting another bottle shortly.
